On a flat, straight course I think I could run 42 but this is anything but that. That's about a 4-minute PR from the summer 8k on a flat, straight course, so I'll take it!

Great job Opie, you're improvement is really impressive.

I have blogged about yesterdays race and the week that lead to my run

Jogged a 5km pacing my brother today, he ran 24.10 while MrsG "chicked" the entire field. That was great to see.

Belated congrats Gobi on your race the other day and congrats to Mrs. G as well, but "jogged" a 5K in 24:10. I couldn't hit that speed falling off a cliff.

Nice trail run Heme in some bad weather, I see you've gone over to the other side now too. Actually, if I can figure out how to get rid of the user name I originally registered over there and substitute some variation of Johnny, I guess I'm headed there too.

8.5 mile run in town around noon, embarassed to say the temp was in the 60's. Snow predicted for the valley floor on Tuesday though. Oh & a congrats to myself for figuring out how to multi-quote.
