<p>It is going to be 28* ABOVE zero today! WHEEEEEEE! Break out the shorts 'n' t-shirts.</p>

<p>Almost time to go to the porty torture chamber for some lifting.</p>
<p>Later, Sissy and I will snowshoe mid-morn, to avoid the heat wave.</p>
<p>Nothing says 'agonzingly tough slogging' like snowshoeing in deep, heavy, wet snow. (spring conditions)</p>

<p>Other than that, not much going on in 'Sconnie Nation other than waiting for tomorrow:</p>
<p>Noon mens hoops [home] vs the very sucky MSU Spartans</p>
<p>and later that eve, there's some other silly little gridball game going on....</p>
