Well after a nifht of WIne, Scotch, King Crab on the Grill Steaks and other... it is time for me to go out and run off those items...<br><br>
Heading out for 10-11 miles... than Bloody Marys going to to do a 6 mile loop and than two of my bosses will join me for another 5 should be fun...<br><br>
Oh yes one more thing... It is 38 Degrees here... 6 miles for me. Did 3 or so at 10k pace. 20 miles for me so far this week. I can easily hit 30 this week because my running week ends on Wednesday's. It was kinda warm today here in Mi. temp around 36.<br><br>

<span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size:medium;">Hit the gym to do weights before church, and uphill intervals (~3.5 miles total) afterwards. Week's total was 33 miles. My neuroma is bothering me so I may check in with a doctor soon.</span></span>

Hey Chris.... I got 16 miles in today... i will probably get 2-3 mile walk in tonight to keep my legs from locking up..<br><br>

Wow! That's your longest run isn't it?<br><br>
I'm pretty lazy today. Rode the bike 20 miles this morning, but I'm not sure I'll run. I'm wrapped up in a project, tiling the bathroom...

I decided that today would be an ultra training day (Usually Marathon Focussed, but trying to split the difference)<br><br>
35 Miles running - Glyced out at 33.5<br>
4 Miles walking<br>
Weights + Core<br><br>
