<p>Boiler jr's flag football team got crushed.  Hard to win when your qb throws like 4 int's and 2 of those are returned for touchdowns.  Boiler Jr. had one INT and almost took it back.  It might be another long season.  Oh well, as long as he has fun.</p>

<p>morning. Zoe has some sort of cough/cold and i was up most the night because she wanted to sleep on top of me, was coughing and waking up crying, and whimpering in her sleep. i am doubtful i will get a long run in today, i will be happy to find the energy for 5 miles. sigh. she seems fine otherwise, just a nasty cough. temp is 99.  we may take her to see reindeer today, i dunno, it is going to be in the mid 50s.</p>

<p>Had to work until a little after 10 last night; peaked in on the LSU/uga game.   Woke up late for Church this morning.  After the thrashing of the Dawgs in a home game for them, I suspect the National Championship game will be LSU and Oklahoma State in New Orleans.</p>

I chose to do power walking on the TM today, because I was too tired (wiped out, no sleep, etc) to plod.<br>
Good 3.5 miles of power walking with a variety of elevation changes. Not too steep tho, cuz it bothers my PF. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"><br><br>

I'd like to see that matchup too; but have a feeling it'll be LSU/Bama.<br><br>
As for the Badgers v the Ducks in the Rose Bowl.....yikes! Their offense will light up our Swiss cheese defense for at least 50. I just hope our beefy offense can power out 51 against them. <img alt="cool.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/cool.gif"><br>
