Good racing yesterday, Tamster and Johnny.... even if the wheels did come off!

DH is out with the boys at the spring fishing show, and it's a rest day for me anyway, so slept in before heading out shopping. Wanted to get new X-country skis before the season ends, and there was a 30% off sale at the local outdoor store. But when I got there, I found out that they have no waxless skis there this season. Drat!! I'm tired of trying to deal with wax.

Enjoy the day everyone!

Hello, Masterfuls.

Wow, only two checking in thus far? I did three miles on an out-and-back route with some hills. The last one I didn't really feel like scaling but, alas, I did. This wind needs to calm down.

Good runs, all

I ran in Central Park today, first time for me running in The City. Did 9.5 miles with the ladies that I'm doing the half marathon with, as a preview of the course. Was fun!

Hi all.....nice running & resting

Woke up this morning far more stiff & sore than usual so I decided to modify my recovery run. Went to the gym, 20 minutes on a stationary bike to loosen up the legs, followed by a 20 minute TM recovery pace run, followed by some upper body stuff. Will start working on the leg imbalance in a couple of days. Went home and cross trained by re-arranging firewood.
