5 mile trail run early this morning with 3 others. Some hiking mixed in due to one of the guy's calf popping. It's a chronic thing. No worries.

Heading to LRR's pad this afternoon for some catching up. I'll tell him y'all said hello!

3mi walk behind the stroller early this morning trying to work out some kinks...didn't really help so I headed to the studio and did an intense 45min of stretching...that didn't help either. Despite all of the things that I could control yesterday, the one thing that concerns me at the moment is something that I can't...trying not to overthink this.

Good afternoon team!!

A very nice point to point run this morning. Went to breakfast with some family visiting from out of town, then did a 10m run home. Some decent hills, but the weather held out (thank you, clouds that rolled in at about mile 3) and felt really good the whole time. Off to a BBQ this afternoon with some friends. Have a great day!

Basic daily run today. Nice to run in the day and the run felt much easier than the running in Utah even though I ran faster on a much hillier route. Half marathon tomorrow.

Sparty - Identify the problem, solve it. From your FB post it souns like right leg bothering you? Ok, fine. There it is. RICE. You did active recovery, check. ICE? Rest. Give it the time it needs. Consider your equipment (ala shoes) during this time. Replace if needed. It's all good.

Me - 2hr rice on the mountain bike. HOLY SHIT that was fun. One loop which normally takes me 18-20 min I did in 13. The other which is a mile longer (but easier) 18-22 took me 14:30 and 18 (ok I was getting tired). Clearly the Mtb is so much superior on the harder shorter course. Amazingly so. Good fun. 26 miles total.
