I have fallen off the wagon. I'll have to check my log, but I think this is the first time this year I have went 3 days in a row without running. Looking for some kind of motivation to get out there this morning. Been feeling mentally and physically drained. I'm sure it'll get better when I go back to work Tuesday night and get back on a 'normal' schedule.

But anyways, gonna hit the streets for some kinda run here in a bit.

Run in. First few miles were sketchy, but it was nice after that. Ended up being a progression run. First mile being 8:57, and decided to try out goal HM pace for the last w/ 7:13. 9 Miles in 1:14:21

Lazy start for me this morning...watching the webcast of Chicago right now.

Planning to two-wheel it this afternoon on the hybrid for 30-40 minutes, then make a brick of it with a little 2-mile run. The run part will give me 50 miles for the week.

Fishbowl this morning. Since I'm no longer "training" for anything, I decided to have fun with pool toys. Starting to work on bilateral breathing. Meh... who knows. 2500m. Then to church, still sporting goggle marks. Plan to take the hound dog up to the metro park this afternoon. Leaves are just starting to turn so should be a pretty walkies.

BBS--I did notice a bit of a wobble to the earth's rotation. Now I know it's your fault because you skipped runs.

Hawk--enjoy the spin.

Dan--that's great news!

20 miler at 6:15am... err no. Feel OK but a bit sore in the hips. Probably head out for a run on Wednesday. Had a lot of friends run Chicago today. Almost everyone had a bad race. It was not as hot as yesterday but with the heat radiating off the black top and direct sun, due to lack of no shade, in the 2nd half was far from ideal.
