Morning Z - hope your 6 miler goes down well.

As for me - not sure yet. I may ride or I may do another run/walk with DW.

Jill is through the half at Philly - 1:42:47. I have a feeling she's got a very big day in her.

Drizzly 6 miler is done and went well. I met up with a group doing a longer run and ran 3 out with them and then 3 back solo. Nice to be back out there, I think I will run a 5k with son1 on Turkey Day.

I saw Jill's smoking 10k split (48:09) after my run, looks like she settled in through the half... hopefully she's ready for a strong 2nd half.

Hawk - have a good ride or run/walk.

Good Morning,

Well after a week of feeling like garbage and then some slow recovery runs this week I finally got in a long run today. I got in a nice 12 mile run this morning. I found out there was a group run at 6:30 so I went and found them and joined them. I ended up sort of between packs and running solo but I felt good the entire time. Most of the people were running 8 to 10 but I was able to extend my run to 12. I would have liked to have gotten 3 more miles in but my legs were starting to fade fast.

Have a good day everyone!

Good morning everyone. My morning activities will include scraping 3-4 inches of snow off my car and clearing the driveway. Then probably some stretching and going to church.

GOOD LUCK TO JILL.

The tracker has Jill finishing in 3:36 and change, having to tough it out at the end. Not was she was looking for but an impressive time nonetheless.

I was up early to help check in volunteers for the Flying Monkey this morning. I got the opportunity to chat very briefly with our own Flounder. After church and brunch, I did an easy 4 miles.

Great job Jill!!!

Early morning in the fishbowl for 3000m. Shoulder still feeling a bit stiff. And, I suppose to my shoulder didn't feel alone, my hip decided to get in on the soreness game. Beautiful sunny afternoon which was perfect for an easy spin. Wicked tailwind OB, meaning brutal headwind IB. Quite enjoyable for this late in the season. 30miles.
