Good luck to Miles, who is probably just getting in the water at IMAZ. Rock on dude, you already know what to do and how to do it.

11 mile solo run way-early this morning in complete darkness in 1:25. Used a headlamp which was a nice treat. Tuned the iPod to My Chemical Romance for another nice treat.

Rock on, Miles!

Edited to add workout: 6m run - 2m with Bailey the Wonder Dog, 4 solo. Went at the right time...the rain cleared out and it was sunny, windy and cool.

Bundled up for an 8-miler. Stayed dry until the last 2 miles. Glad it's done though since the snow/rain has started coming down.

Thanks to a vomiting baby and husband my workout today was lots of laundry, dishes and a walk around the neighborhood during one of their naps. Since I didn't take the time to EAT I decided faster than a walk was a no-no. Ah, the good life. Can't wait until tomorrow when I can go for a lunch run!

6.28 miles for me. Up until 7am working. Slept until about noon. Felt awesome to get out and run, though! Chillin' and waiting for my shift to start tonight.

5ish miles on the legs! Made a quick stop at wally world at the 4 mile mark. Nothing like running up a long hill carrying 2 large light bulbs and a bag of Nachos. I don't advice it! it really throws things off.
