So... did everyone make it?

Nuthin' yet as I forgot to set my alarm last night and overslept. Guess I deserved it. 5K race at 9, work at 10. Planned 20mi ride with son1 turned into 41. Then mowed the lawn. So I'm thinking I earned a few extra hours of sleep. Will do a bike/run brick after church.

14 mi trail run for me this morning. Felt great and was so gorgeous. I ran on loopy's trails, no sight of him though.

Hey, ever here of the Tussey mountainback race? A guy at the Poconos was telling me about it. It's mostly on trails and sounds kind of up your alley.

Yep, heard of it and will run it at some point. That's a tough one.

Nice job on the miles, especially so soon after Pocono.
