Hey Everyone. I am headed out to do a photo assignment for a local rag today, then I am on W2D2 of the C25K. I have had to make myself stop running a few times at the end of my workouts...which is awesome. I will try to check in today after my run.

Good luck to racers, everyone else...get out there!

Another crappy weather day. Cooler, winder and wetter. Anyway, will try to get out later today when DD is napping. Had planned on 15 today but most likely keep it to 10 as my legs are sore.

Fishbowl for me this morning. First time in a while. 2000m of drills. NOT fun, considering all the dirt moving and wood cutting I've done all week. Builds character, right? Had planned on a ride this afternoon but cold rain says it's a good time for a nap.

Phil--sounds like you are coming along nicely!

BBS--when I was pregnant with son1, the ONLY day we had plans was Oct 17. Uh huh... he was born Oct 17.

chances--hopefully you can get out for something today,

Asics--good luck on the 10.

Morning all,

Dan's got the Northwest weather pegged. Just a typical Oregon day. I was out in in it this morning for my familiar 6.5 mile route near SIL's house; I definitely wanted to get out this morning after not getting the chance to run yesterday. Nice and easy this time, about a minute per mile slower than 2 days ago. Didn't see many people out but the ducks were enjoying it all.

Time for some breakfast, a quick shower, and then to finish packing and hustle off to PDX for the flight home. So literally a fly-by. Later all, back in touch from DC tomorrow.

Hey all, mission Poconos accomplished. Quick version is a little over 3:47 (which I'm fine with) and got to meet up with jill and her adorable daughters afterwards. And dad got 2ag in the 5k, so very good day overall. Just checking out of the hotel, more later.

Well, my running buddy and I decided that Thursday's run (W2D1) was far too easy, so today we skipped ahead to W3D1 2X(run90sW90sR3mW3m) and then at the end we added an entire 90s/3m cycle...not sure if that all makes sense....but we did an extra 4.5mins of running, and it felt awesome. It is really cool having a running buddy and being able to come to you guys for support too.

Thanks.

Great runs everyone, keep up the good work.

G'd evening. It's wet here, too, and will be for another four days apparently.

Three miles, felt better than I thought it would considering how late in the day it was. I'll take it.

Good runs, all
