Good morning!
Finished my week with 12 hilly miles, 1:47:47 with a friend. Time to cook a big breakfast!
11 miles in 1:30:40 under cool blue skies this morning. I stopped after 10 miles, stripped off my shirts, socks and shoes, and ran about a dozen strides on the grass rugby field along the river. It felt pretty great. Then I jogged the last mile home.

I got two homemade Father's day cards and some muffins upon my arrival home.
Nice job out there people!

Happy Father's Day to all of you cool dudes...no run for me, trying to lessen the calf pains and get ready to start up my base training for XC tomorrow hopefully.

4 hours on technical trails. I have no idea how far i went. It was reallllly hot out. Got some good practice on long down hill runs and long & steep uphill hikes.
4.5 miles in 46 minutes. This is my first run after three days off. Still have a sore throat and headache. It's been six days. Must be allergies or something.

It was a real struggle today. It was warm and my legs were flat after yesterdays stride outs effort.

When I got to mile 18.2 there were three climbs left for 1.7 miles. I had to walk part of the hills.

Disappointed at having to walk, but it was a hilly course and it was warm.
Run Segments
