Good morning!
Finished my week with 12 hilly miles, 1:47:47 with a friend. Time to cook a big breakfast!

8.6 miles, sunny and hot. Everything was stiff and sore from yesterday's race, but it loosened up about halfway through. Then I mowed the lawn.

11 miles in 1:30:40 under cool blue skies this morning. I stopped after 10 miles, stripped off my shirts, socks and shoes, and ran about a dozen strides on the grass rugby field along the river. It felt pretty great. Then I jogged the last mile home.

I got two homemade Father's day cards and some muffins upon my arrival home.

4.5 miles in 46 minutes. This is my first run after three days off. Still have a sore throat and headache. It's been six days. Must be allergies or something.

Hi folks,

Late post. Was away most of the day with no internet connectivity.

It was a real struggle today. It was warm and my legs were flat after yesterdays stride outs effort.

When I got to mile 18.2 there were three climbs left for 1.7 miles. I had to walk part of the hills.

Disappointed at having to walk, but it was a hilly course and it was warm.
Run Segments
10k this morning, with the middle 6 at 5:20. Total of 56 min. Then a shower and shave, and a 10 hr drive. Back in camp now, after a fine weekend of running and biking.
