Happy Father's Day everyone!<br><br>
14.5 miles runnings plus 1/2 mile cool down walk.<br><br>
Total <b>60 points</b> for Team <b>We Eat Dancing Bananas for Breakfast</b>.<br><br>

10 minutes stretching = 2 points<br>

Happy Dad's Day!<br><br>
In celebration of that bright shiny thing in the sky, some refer to it as the sun, I headed out for a long bike ride today.<br><br>
Biking 34.6 miles = 52 points<br>
stretching 30 minutes = 6 points<br><br>
58 points Team Evil Gingerbread Peeps.
