5 mile trail run early this morning with a few others in the Ward Reservation. Lots of long gradual climbs. Although I was tired from yesterday's 3:20 affair on the Wapack Trail, I was happy that we ran most of everything today -- this group tends to walk more than I like.

Happy Sunday everyone!

Did a brick today - 20m ride with about 3.5m run after (2.25 solo, 1.25 with the pooch; then about 0.5 walking while DD rode her bike). Felt good! No OWS today - we ended up at a beach that was too rocky for swimming.

I added a 15 mile ride home from work in 45 minutes. Felt pretty good.

Another couple rides and swims and I'll be good to go for next Saturday's sprint tri. Not expecting much as I really haven't trained. The whole plan was just to beat my boss and he backed out. I think the brick workout we did a few weeks ago made him realize he probably had no chance to beat me and he didn't want to lose to an "old" man. So I'll just do the race for fun.
