Got back on the horse today and managed 7 miles of walking/running/hiking on the treadmill. My arm is still sore but the leg feels pretty good. Thanks for all the well wishes yesterday everyone. I think Flounder may have been on to something when he said hydration/nutrition issues. This week was very busy teaching music/movement at our VBS for three hours a day. I think maybe I didn't realize how much energy all that jumping around expends. Bad news-today was our big VBS celebration so I had to get up in front of the Church with my ugly road burns-the worst on my shoulder and of course my dress was strapless<img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> Hope everyone has great runs-enjoy your Sunday!
