<p>Tough one this morning, 17 miles with the middle 3 at MP.   Already low 70s around 5:40am going up to 80 and sunny by the end.  Hard to settle in the first 7, then the MP miles averaged 7:54.   The rest was a slow grind, never really felt like I got into any rhythm.</p>

<p>Thanks to the boys' persistence, I am attending my first pro wrestling event tonight.  I used to watch the fake stuff when I was a kid and have gotten a quick refresher of what's happened the last few decades, this will be fun.</p>

I headed out late at 8am and was rewarded with a hot and crappy almost 15 mile slog. Harry Potter this afternoon.

<p>Late check-in for me. Lots of walking this weekend. 5k of it yesterday and over 8 miles total today with DW. We've been mixing in short spurts of running, like 1:00 then 4:00 of walking. I think I'm going to keep doing that this week while slowly increasing the running.  But no ramping up back to marathon training until I can do all those little running segments without any pain or stiffness. Getting better but not there yet.</p>
