Morning peeps

My legs are sore this morning. Not sure if it is due to my trail 10 or schooling DW & DS at Xbox Kinect Sports last night. You get a pretty good workout running in place

Today is just a 1 mile run/rest day anyhow.

Morning BBS.

I'm a little sore today, too, knees in my case after 14 on the trail near home yesterday. The problem with this "trail" is it's as much paved as unpaved and I think that's what the knees are feeling today.

Today - a little soccer this afternoon with the winter team. And I think DW wants me to run with her when I get back. Total mileage TBD.

Hi, guys.

BBS -- XBox Kinect sounds fun. We just have the regular one without Kinect.

Hawk -- Nice job on the trails. Soccer on sore knees? Careful, and enjoy the run later.

Me -- 12 yesterday in the Newtons at 7:34 pace, including a 3-mile "Zone 3" test run in 21:08. Jury still out. The shoes definitely force a mid-to-forefront strike. Things are a bit sore today, I'm sure likely a combination of the shoes and the pace. 2.5 hours on the trainer this a.m.

Back from soccer. It was OK, skills a little rusty, a by-product of putting more time into my running. Once upon a time I was a pretty good player. Now I have rare moments of brilliance. Sort of.

Got 30 minutes or so on the field. Got back home and DW had already started her workout. So I'm done for the day and that's fine with me.
