<p>3 miles on the treadmill today and 4 miles cycling at Lifetime Fitness.</p>

<p>Well, turns out I'm going out with a bang instead of a whimper... 15 minutes on the stationary bike (until it crapped out on me again, ugh), 5 miles on the TM at a 2% incline (no pain that way, who knew??), then at least an hour of yoga on my own = 37 points, Team 3</p>

<p>It's been real, it's been fun... it's even been real fun... but now I need to heal... see ya's! :)</p>
