<p>Morning peeps</p>

<p>Sunday Rest day for me.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Had a strange 10 miler yesterday... first 4 miles were just aweful, thought I was gonna have to quit, but then each mile after that, I steadily felt better and better....? Opposite day yesterday or sumthin?</p>

<p>Congrats <strong>Mom/Hawk</strong> on the racing yesterday!</p>

<p>Looking to get a 1 hour run on the treadmill later.  Ankle is feeling better - the issue (I think) is that there's scar tissue from the original injury.  As I increase mileage it sometimes flares up.  I'm hoping that some ultrasound therapy will help clear it up.</p>

<p>Go Bears!  IF we get past Seattle I think the Packers will be very tough to beat based on how they treated Philly and Atlanta.  Any bets on a Packers vs Patriots SuperBowl.?</p>

<p>RA - If be the big question for the Bears today.  Both the Pack and the Pats look awesome but I'll take the Pats if you're up for it.</p>

<p>Fishbowl for me this morning.  Lazy 2500.  Son1 and I will head out for a spin in just a bit.</p>

<p>A snow day and then getting ready for the Happy Hour I hosted on Friday (so sorry you couldn't find the place <strong>Apple</strong>) kept me off the streets on Wed & Thurs. And on Sat. I had no time to run. But, I made up for it today. 16 beautiful miles. I'm glad I got that done. That first long run of the cycle is always the hardest. Glad to pop that cherry.</p>

<p>A relaxed 7 miles on the TM.  Well other than the fact that <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">an old hag</span> a woman got on the TM next to me and proceeded to talk loudly on her cellphone... The fact that I was alone on a row of at least 9 TMs made it more annoying.  I moved after 5 mins to avoid bitch slapping her.</p>

<p>MTA: Sorry Dan, but your team only showed up in the last 5 minutes when our defense went on a mental vacation.  Pats not looking too good so far or rather the Jets are making them look bad.</p>

<p>Hello friends.  Sorry I haven't checked in for a couple of days.  I've been working out as usual, but a little busy.</p>

<p>Today I had a nice and easy 10 mile run with my friend, and pretty soon I need to do my p90x workout.  Shoulders and Arms today.</p>

<p>4.223 miles, 47:52.08. Roads either snow-covered or slushy on the edges. Bad as that was, sidewalks not an option.</p>

<p>Hello everyone.  So sorry for the seahawk fans.  They got beat up pretty good today.  Have not seen a score for the other game in a while. Nothing for me as it is my normal rest day.  Have a great night everyone.</p>
