<p>2+ hours of skating and hockey = 12 alt. pts. (sometimes it was cardio, sometimes it wasn't but not feeling it's enough to count as cardio)</p>
<p>30min cross-country skiing = 10 cardio pts.</p>

<p>22 pts for Team 2</p>
