Still snowing here in the mountains so it was a TM long run. 15.5 miles in 3 hrs. Very easy run/walk pace and legs feel fine. HR was steady around 132 for the first 140 min, then began to rise slowly until 140 at the end. That gives me a pretty good idea of my aerobic fitness at this point.

The feet still felt good today after what I did yesterday so decided not to push it to much.<br><br>
10 very slow minutes on the mill<br>
20 min on the bike.<br><br>
Still feel good, hopefully I am on a roll! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
WOW, 15 miles on the mill! Thats a long time looking at the same view! <img alt="icon_colors.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_colors.gif">
