Plan tonight was a marathon-specific 15 mile run with 12 at race pace.<br><br>
Problem is, the trail was not an option today, so I had to do this run on pavement. So, I did it a little different.<br><br>
I ran over to my off-season hill repeats course. Then I did 10 of my 1-mile hill repeats course. On the way back I did 2 of the 2.75 miles at a faster pace.<br><br>
