BBS -- Have a good rest.

Kevin -- You too. Been out of the loop for awhile, so -- what're you training for?

Me -- Cold and still here today. Entire family -- DW and both DSs -- have the flu. I'm fine, for the moment. Sneaking out for five here in a bit, then back to play Nurse John.

A few more inches in snow. I'd wanted 10 miles but managed only a 7 mile slog on the TM.

Greetings, everybody.

BBS & Kevin, happy rest day. Chances, hope the flu stays away from you. RA, seven isn't so bad.

I did three miles today. We actually got some rain yesterday afternoon, which is scary. My brother-in-law came over to help me with the roof. Today was 40 degrees and sunshine. A bit of a thaw, so that was nice.

Early morning 2500m in the fishbowl followed by church. Afternoon recovery run. Metro park lower meadow loop. It was about half good packed snow, half wet/slushy pavement. Opted for screw shoes which was probably a good choice. Lap times of 7:36, 7:26, 7:25, 7:25, 7:21. Steady or what?! 4.18m, 37:15, 8:55pace.
