So, it was supposed to be potato soup or chili, but the DW says, "Hey, you could make this." And she hands me a recipe for "Vegitarian Meatloaf." Talk about an oxymoron.

Well, long story short, it was lentils, spinach, brown rice, tomatoes, corn, onions, garlic, cheese, eggs, and a few other things. Surprisingly enough, it was good.

However, this recipe came from the Food Network's own Giada DeLaurentis. However smokin' hot she may be (DW never comes here, so I can say that) it was a danged time consuming affair. I figured we'd be sitting down by 6:30 or 6:45 when I started. Oh no, my friends, it was 7:30 before food hit the table.

Giada, I love you and hate you so.
