Calves... calves, calves, calves....super SRD.

Also, I have decided to do the 25K instead of the 50K in February. Like to get at least one more Marathon under my belt before I go beyond. That being said, I think I'm gonna do the Full next year at The St Jude. (Race I did yesterday)

BBS--yah, I'd say you earned a rest day!

Fishbowl this morning. 2500m of going no where. 80% POP this afternoon so mentally geared up for not riding this afternoon. Certainly doesn't look like rain though. I think I'm still going to option the ride in favor of SLEEP and finishing a quilt.

Afternoon all,

Just flying by after finishing up a great 28.4 mile road ride. I was worried about it being a little cold but the weather turned out to be perfect. Quickly refueling with a banana & Gatorade protein drink then into the shower and off to a reception. Really need to stretch but that will have to wait.

10 miles this morning. Fast finish with a 7:00 & 6:17. A lot easier doing that when running 25-30mpw. It was 55F and humid... bizarre. Now it's 45F.

Enjoy the well earned rest BBS. Probably prudent on easing into the ultras. 50k doesn't sound like it should be much harder than a marathon, but that extra 5-6 miles is rough.

Glad the swim went well 4BM.

Long run is a relative term Dan- nice work.
