Morning Ladies and Gents

16 hr shift yesterday kicked me where the sun don't shine. Came home and fought off sleep until finally giving in around 7:30. Then woke up around 1:00... dozed in and out of sleep and got up at 3:00. So here I am at 4:00 in the morning with nothing better to do than worry about my Fantasy football team (can't decide which QB to start, Brady or Brees...) Gotta love grave yard shift... I don't go back until Friday (3rd shift) which will basically just screw my sleep up again for a couple days.

I am gonna get in a little hunt this morning around the house, then hopefully knock out an easy 8 miler afterwards. DW let me know I have to watch the kids today while she finishes her Christmas shopping, which I have yet to start, and she was not nice about it. Maybe it had something to do w/ waking DD up at 3:15 when I got into the shower this morning....

Hang in there BBS, hopefully you can get some much needed rest.

As for me...just had a little breakfast. Think I'll do some trails now.

Update -- 5.5 on the trails. After a 10 minute warmup mile, cruised the next 4 in 29:16, then cooled it down. Felt good to go a little fast.

Morning, Gents. The alarm when off at 6am this morning. I hit the snooze three or four times before deciding sleep was more important than heading to the fishbowl. Went to church, then Christmas shopping afterwards.

I got my 8 miler. 30* and sunny w/ no wind was nice. I think I can finally say my legs are recovered.
