<p><strong>Me</strong> -- Did 2250-yd swim & 12-mile run yesterday.  1:45 bike ride (outside!) today.</p>

<p>12 miles this morning.  Upper 30s and windy.  Ran faster than typical, holding it around 7:30mpm.  Right side abductor/groin started to bother me late in the run.  Interestingly, running slowly aggrevates it a lot more.</p>

<p><strong>Chances</strong> - nice tri work.  Are you going to be one of those crazies riding a bike when it's 10F?</p>
<p><strong>4boysmom</strong> - no rest for the <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">crazy</span> blessed.</p>
<p><strong>Hawk</strong> - enjoy the rest and hopefully the new work week will offer a nice opportunity.  At a noodle place yesterday; my fortune, as per the 2012 Chinese calendar, basically said keep your head down so as not to be laid off.  Too true, I'll either find out next week if I'm involved in another divestiture or on hold pending Q1 layoffs. </p>
