new treadmill mileage PR - Old one was 12/24 of 2005 = 31 miles<br><br>
12/23/2007 = 32 miles in 4:15 Call it the kickoff to my iceage 50M training <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

32 miles on a treadmill....I'd rather let a vein under the christmas tree....<br>

I ran outside, in a beautiful forest in the rain...only 4 miles though.<br>
