new treadmill mileage PR - Old one was 12/24 of 2005 = 31 miles<br><br>
12/23/2007 = 32 miles in 4:15 Call it the kickoff to my iceage 50M training <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

I'm sick with the cold from hell so I did absolutely nothing yesterday except whine and moan and lie around the house.<br><br>

ps I actually enjoy running on the treadmill. I get lost in my music and I don't have to worry about bathroom breaks.
