Equipment: Nike Pegasus 08/11<br><br>
Warm/low 60s - Sunny and calm. Crawford/Puckett/Security/Kiva/Fontaine/Grinnell/Crawford/Upton/home. Short slow easy effort recovery run. Stretching afterward.</p>

Felt like a brick last night/ this morning. Decided to do just a recovery swim. Feel much better after 35min or so. Recovery day, may hit a singletrack just for fun, but may not depending upon the family's plan. Have a great Sunday!

<p>Providence 1/2 Marathon - Monsoon Run.  offical 2:10:33. happy given all the issues I've had and I enjoyed it until the last 1 mile and the last hill. Had fun running with a friend, so I'm good. No RR</p>

<p>4 mile run in a down pouring rain. Legs and body pretty good considering yesterday's long mountain run.</p>
