Plan this morning was a 20 mile long run. The last long run before the taper.<br><br>
I had planned on doing a 20.7 mile course that I have here. That course involves some nasty hills and it was too humid for that, so I did the course above.<br><br>
It was uncomfortable with the humidity, but I got it done.<br><br>
A couple of interesting things today. First, I saw a family of 8 wild turkeys. Very cool. Second, for the first time ever while I was running, I got the hiccups today. And these were loud hiccups! People must have thought I had schnapps in my CamelBak!<br><br><b>Run Segments<br>
