Good morning, TEAM LIT!

LRR: Nice to see your name in the daily bread thread. :)

Mayor: Nice ride yesterday. Where'd you go, N Andover?

FoxRunner: You of all people will be able to pull off what you're attempting with that kind of workout. I got myself to the point where I could run very fast off the bike doing similar workouts. And best yet was I got to the point where I could indeed push the bike very hard and still run. And it was all because I started running hard off the bike and worked the bike in. One half Iron is all came together. Nice to see your progress!

Me...

7.5 mile run early this morning with Mr. Bob and the Diesel. LRR joined us at the end for good conversation. Thoroughly enjoyable run. Love my social runs.

13miles run, most of which with Mark. Love my social run too! It is easier to arrange such run with a main focus on running. I didn't have much energy toward the end - dehydration (didn't take any water) or I am still tired.

Taking DD to her girl scout camp soon. It seems somebody is missing here all the time.

about 35 trips up and down the step ladder priming the walls to the guest room.

It's about time for lunch, then to make the for real purchase of tinted paint!

Oh yeah, I tried to open the door over my foot, so now I have a gouge taken out of the top of my big toe. THAT's a new kind of hurt!

2.5 hr ride, 45 miles, 1x30min z3 @ 217watts and 1x40min z3 @ 206watts. That's what I'm talkin' about... oh yeah.

And a 4 mile family ride. Longest ever for DW and DS2. With a stop at the bike shop for bikes. Got DW's fixed up a bit, didn't even know it was broken! She's wobbly anyway so we figured... oh yeah, well the head tube thingy was totally loose and it wasn't good to be riding. They fixed us up. No charge. Gotta love it when you KNOW your bike shop.

Up and out of the house a bit later than planned (7:15am), and did a 30 minute ride (~9.5 miles). Then changed into my running clothes and did an hour and 15 minute run (8.75 miles). I felt pretty good, a bit tired and sore from my 64 mile ride on Saturday. Was done by 9:10am and picked up bagels for the family. Scrappy managed a nap around 1:00pm. Score!
Didn't know that!

The parents of my friend, with whom I rode the Pumpkinman bike course on Saturday, have a place up there on Seaview Dr off of Webhannet Dr...not to far from the Wells Lobster Pound (or some similar name). I ran from their house to the Hanaford, back past their house and out to (I think) Bourne Ave or a bit further and then back to their house again. It was my first trip to the area and I thought it was very nice...except for the traffic in Ogunquit.
