Good morning, TEAM LIT!

6 mile easy social run with three others. Today and yesterday were special runs for me. Although pace was snail-like, the truth is that these runs make me proud to calling running a passion. Not far, not fast... but fun with friends. Only thing missing is LRR.

Happy Easter everyone!

2 hour easy spin for me today, covered about 36 miles. Legs are feeling tired from yesterday's overexertion, that's to be expected. Still some recovery time ahead of me before I begin my all-out assault on Lake Placid.

Happy Easter.

I got moved up to 16th overall in yesterday's race. Apparently a couple of the 50K runners tried to quit at 25K and were DQed as they started a half hour earlier.

Woke up to snow on the ground. Glad we didn't have this weather yesterday.

Probably a DOR here...if anything I'll do upper body weights later. Definitely feeling yesterday's hills!

6 AM wake-up call from Little BrewDad who was just bursting with excitement about a scavenger hunt from the Easter Bunny left us dragging all day. The rain is back...*sigh*. We declared pajama day and spent a lazy Sunday just hanging around, playing games, and noshing.

Jen - Glad to hear the yesterday's 21 went well! Way To Go!

Sparty - sounds like a nice family outing.

Busy Easter Sunday, having a good visit with in-laws. 1 mile with DH and DS in their sub after a big meal. Then late at night after coming home, DH and I went for a nice faster-pace run of 5miles. Legs felt finally light! Running with DH 5-days in a row, I think, is a record! Heading to Cleveland tomorrow for a 3-day getaway (kids are spring break).

5.7 mile run with my British friend - on nice rolling course near house. About 8:30's ... He was also coming of the Paris marathon - and going to run some giant 10 miler in Philly this upcoming weekend, so a struggle to keep up for the first couple of miles. He took it easy for the remaining 4...

Don - nice job in Saturday's race. Howling wind, snow, and 16 miles of uphill grind takes a special kind of strength. Are we going to see you run Washington one year?

15.4 mile run In 2:50. Much harder than 2weeks ago 15.2 in same time. It was warmer but I think I'm just tired. Did this on the edge of z3 which should've been easy enough, nope. Tough.

Maybe it's because today was first time running Sunday after 4800y swim sat am and 5th ride in the pm. I know I didn't eat enough. Dunno.
