Good afternoon, TEAM LIT!

Excited to see folks tomorrow at MJ's. I have invited quite a few others, so Mike, when you get there, try to get the same spot as the last few years so that we can fit our party in!

2+ mile run early this morning. Calf the same. I feel it. All good. I know what I'm getting into, and I'm willing to take the risk. Still think I can do this though.

That's the goal!

I'll only run as fast as the calf feels good. I already know that I will feel it, so hopefully an easy but honest stride (too easy, such as plodding, doesn't feel good; and pushing doesn't hurt that much more but doesn't feel right) will carry me through the finish. Thanks for the call out.

10K race this morning. Last tune-up before the Eugene half. PR'd at 49:48 and I'm thrilled! McMillan says I'm on track for what I want in the HM if I stay smart.
