<p>I had a pretty nice 10 miler yesterday, besides being attacked by a dog anyways. Why in the world would you take a dog to the park that is willing to bite somebody?! </p>

<p>RA- Good luck at your half today. The last time you acted like you were ill prepared you walked away w/ a PR...</p>
