Nice 7 rugby

Way to go on the 20 Richard - You treated your body good and it treated you good in return

My body's pretty pissed off at me right now - Knees - Toes - feet - Intestines - But it will get over it. 22this am on TM nice and slow

Richard legs feel ok - For me if I run the right pace its never the muscles that complain - Its some other body part or lack of energy or dehydration. If you give you muscles everything they need to be successful they usually treat me pretty good. Yesterdays 43 miler saw 4 PB&Js eaten, 6 gels, 4 bottles of gatorade and about 180 ounces of H20.

A 20 mile recovery run - Now you are talking like an ultra guy

Nice job!

What long runs do you have left before Trail Mix?

I will not get another really long one in before Ice Age

next weekend is 20-22 then taper for Boston

Ice Age is 3 weeks after Boston

Then 5/24 weekend another back to back then taper for FANS (I hope)
Richard you are in plenty good shape to have a nice 50k at trail ... and to have a crappy race at trail mix

It will all depend on your patience in pacing ... It will be interesting to see which you choose. I am hoping for slow and patient and enjoyable.

Keep telling yourself you will run your own pace - Sometimes it takes more discipline than you think when you feel so good and are so amped up. But I know you can.
