Scratch the 6-8 with hill repeats.<br><br>
I did 13 miles with the first two miles and the last two miles being hill repeats.<br><br>
Ended my week with an AWESOME RUN!!!! every step just felt effortless (well after the first 2-3 miles...)
Thanks Richard. My long run has been lacking though, usually only 7 miles lately. I'd like to shorten my training runs and increase my long run.<br><br>
BTW Richard you are reaally kicking down the points in the VRAA. Good Job man...<br><br>
