Off to work and then have an economics project, so good thing I have a rest day. I wanna go hot tubbing tonight though, I haven't been in in about 2 weeks!<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/banana.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="banana"> Haha glad this guy found his way to the tool bar and doesn't need to be searched for now.<br><br>

19.43 miles this morning in 59 degrees and 92 percent humidity. Total time including stops for water was 3:03:50. I had to walk for about a 1/4 mile at one point when my right leg seemed to cramp up some. Overall I felt pretty good during the run.

5.1 easy miles for me this afternoon - my longest run in 3 weeks! Perfect shorts weather - sunny, mid 40's. The breeze prevented it from getting too hot, though.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">

Hi gang. 12 very hilly and windy miles. Only, 12 miles was .5 miles from home. Ah well, a walk was good. Still the longest I've run in a while. Felt good and strong most of it.<br><br>

Alex, hot tubbing sounds great.<br><br>
I did just over 4 miles in 50 degrees with intermittent light rain. It felt very refreshing. I left my watch at home to keep it easy, but still felt pretty darn energetic. This week I ended up running 6 days, but mileage dropped to 43 since it is week one of tapering.

It was a nice day for the run. I really did not feel strong today though.<br><br>
