I'll be out at the New England Season Opener at Hopkinton State Park. I've heard great things about the Sudbury Sprint, though.

Really? Talking about me? You realized I'm not the Prince that was getting married?

I've been surviving the winter. trying not to gain too much weight. Now fighting to get beck into shape. Last season was a wash due to the rib injury. But I'm hoping for a good season this year. Thinking about giving one more shot at qualifiying for Boston... Need to pick a local fall marathon. What's up with you?

On St. Patrick's Day 2010, I was accidently pushed from behind. I went down and landed mid/left-chest across my crutch. Busted/fractured a couple of ribs. Didn't really feel it until the next day. I couldn't even bend over to tie my shoes. It was months before I was able to really work out and not until August I was racing at normal speeds and ability again. I had to eat 2 triathlon fees and a handful of road races. On the good side, I did manae to stay at the bar, left a few pints and continue to sing irish songs. After all, I am a professional.

Son4's math book had a photo of a hand cycle incorrectly labeled as a racing wheelchair. Nope! NOT the same thing!

That happens all the time. Even at our own events you will catch a "reporter" call a handcycle a racing wheelchair.
