Cross-training day for me; 1 hour on my exercise bike. It was a nice change of pace.

Yesterday was hot, we set a new record high: 74F and sunny. This morning I woke up to a blizzard and 4-6" of new snow. Colorado weather is weird!<br><br>
Day off for me, doing some home renovation projects, though I may ride the bike trainer for a while at some point.

THe Hardrocks do well in deep mud.<br><br>
8 miles of hills and any mud I could find... they are awesome mud shoes... they no longer look new... took about 2 miles but they now look good! <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
