<p><strong>bap</strong> - 3 great races, 2 huge PR's -- a great month indeed!</p>
<p><strong>Better than yesterday</strong> - 3rd highest mileage month ever and a 2nd fastest ever 5k, smokin'!</p>
<p><strong>CassadAAmius</strong> - finished his first half-ironman in 5:04 for an AG win, outstanding!</p>
<p><strong>choovie</strong> - half marathon course PR, yay!</p>
<p><strong>CNYrunner</strong> - what a birthday month! a 20k PR, a 5-mile PR and was <strong>first woman</strong> at her 9/26 marathon, woohoo!</p>
<p><strong>Dove</strong>  - completed 2 marathons (Skagit Flats and Bellingham Bay) as she gears up for her big 100-miler</p>
<p><strong>evanflein</strong> - had a 3-minute PR in a 50k, which has earned her a well-deserved "break" in active training</p>
<p><strong>gin79</strong> - 20k Labor Day race which included a CNY sighting, bonus!</p>
<p><strong>labduck</strong> - ran a 10K at 40:12 (6:28/mi), second fastest evah!</p>
<p><strong>Patrick</strong> - ran his first race in 2 years; slow and steady is how to recover from injuries, good job!</p>
<p><strong>Plugging Along</strong> - all-time PRs at 30k and 20 miles, 2nd fastest half marathon, AND highest month ever; congrats!</p>
<p><strong>ripvanracer</strong> - ran 6 races with 2 overall wins, a close 2nd in another, and nearly TRIPLED miles from last month; way to go!</p>
<p><strong>Tamster</strong> - ran a 5K about 20 sec short of a PR; good going!</p>

<p><strong>breger1</strong> - taper and an achilles issue curtailed the mileage, but still a strong month overall; wonderful!</p>
<p><strong>Dennis</strong> - is pleased to be getting over some hiking-related knee issues; heal up!</p>
<p><strong>Fortunate One</strong> - achieved his goal of arriving healthy for his Oct 3 marathon; what could be better!</p>
<p><strong>gobi</strong> - enjoyed an easy month with moderate (for him!) swimming and running, though cycled up a storm in France!</p>
<p><strong>Hemerocallus</strong> - quite pleased with her totals in spite of work-related travel; rock on!</p>
<p><strong>irunmike</strong> - hey, everyone's a winner!</p>
<p><strong>Johnny</strong> - gifted himself with a 35+ mile LR (super PR distance!) for his 60th birthday; totally the best!</p>
<p><strong>Laura in Houston</strong> - has been consistent since restarting running in June 2009; fabulous!</p>
<p><strong>marj</strong> - reports a YTD cycling total of 1166; impressive!</p>
<p><strong>mcsolar99</strong> - best mileage month for 2010 so far; yowza!</p>
<p><strong>millbot</strong> - making up for the running miles with some heavy duty cycling; it's all good!</p>
<p><strong>Opie</strong> - variety and consistency abound, with a little over an hour of activity per day on 28 days, and practicing gratitude big-time; the best!</p>

<p><strong>rasmussenmp</strong> - 36 runs and only one off day; no slacker here!</p>
<p><strong>Sans Souci</strong> - celebrates her feel-good best month in a while without the stresses of racing and smooth contentment of lots of yoga; excellent!</p>
<p><strong>SkipAZ</strong> - is looking ahead and hoping for a better October; onward and upward!</p>
<p><strong>SLOjim</strong> - has had a consistent 30+ weekly mileage, which helped deal with National Lampoon-esque family vacation; let's hear it for staying focused!</p>
<p><strong>Spareribs</strong> - earned his taper pass as our resident Medtronic Hero; we're all so proud!</p>
<p><strong>Tedjan</strong> - ran 509 5K's in a row; wow!</p>

<p>Thank you OM and Ted.  You guys do a super job with this.  Geeky me thinks it's interesting that the mean and median are so close together given the large standard deviation.  Usually you don't see that!</p>
