<p>Kitchen cabinets painted.</p>
<p>New pot lighting in kitchen.</p>
<p>New floor in kitchen</p>
<p>Kitchen painted</p>
<p>Back garden completely torn out</p>
<p>Car pad for 62 Comet poured in backyard.</p>
<p>Bank account empty.</p>
