Hi all......Kick is loading real fast today, wonder if they did something to it.

10 mile easy LR in town, followed by weights at the gym. I just hit a milage PR for the month of Feb. (112) after hitting one for the month of Jan. (148). Looking at my log I see I can easily keep doing this until June. I think I'll give it a try. I saw this dude at the gym this morning, I've seen him before but never really noticed. Talk about a muscle imbalance. This guy had upper arms the size of my thighs, and calves smaller than mine. Dude I think you gotta work the whole body.

Congrats rip on the hardware & overall award. Enjoy the H & H in Florida too.

Resting today but I've been pretty gun ho on the XT lately, and for the second time this week, my RHR was in the mid-40's so I'll take it! Johnny, I'm looking at this duathlon which has a variety of courses, on and off-road, and as you can see, the hard course was the National Championship last year. I would do the short on-road course. The off-road course is actually a pretty good place for a trail run, too, as I've done in the past. I hope to get clip-in shoes this week and Paul has been kind enough to loan me an extra road bike he has. My old department-store bike won't cut it.

Looks cool....that 43 mile bike seems awful long for a 5K run though. Good luck. Tinker AFB is where my daughter works when she's in OK city, and also where her big M/IC employer is building their new office, but then you probably already knew that.

Tinker is one of the big employers here. Actually, the long du course is a 10k/69k or 43 mi./10k and the short course is considered a traditional sprint 5k/24k/5k. I also have the option of a longer ride at the Hotter 'N Hell races in Wichita Falls, Tx in August.
