Well, after 3 physio visits, I can say that there is some small improvement. She's encouraged me to look at new orthotics. I've got an appointment for this aft. I don't think it's that, but it could have been waiting a bit too long for new shoes coupled with running on a dreadmill for speed work in the winter months.<br><br>
My neighbour (a very big ma, 6'8"<img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif"> who was a runner and is now a biker had a similar complaint that his physio fixed after ONE visit. Unfortunately this guy is away this week, so I have a visit with him for next week.<br><br>
Acupuncture, IMS, ice, Vitamin I, core exercises, etc...<br><br>
Not holding out much hope for more than just a complete in this marathon.
