I will be going to the gym 2 hours daily, Mon-Friday from 11:00am to 1:00pm. I'll be doing at least one hour running and then weights. I'm using this to cut down on my stress levels at work which currently are in the ionosphere.<br><br>

Good, a double benefit: exercise to cut stress, and getting a couple of hours away in the middle of the day.

That is exactly why I have 11:15 to 12:45 blocked off on my calendar at work as a private appointment. It helps to prevent people from scheduling meetings then.<br><br>

I hope it helps with stress, GRR. I am still looking for just the right balance to bring mine down into, say, the stratosphere.
