<p>Right before I got pregnant, I was running regularly and ran my first 1/2 marathon the month before finding out about our little surprise! The baby will be turning 1 next week and I finally feel like I can get back into a routine and want to get that runner's high back! Help! I downloaded the couch to 5k plan but was wondering if anyone knew of another plan out there for a not-so-beginner, but still out-of-shape mommy. ?? Thanks a lot! </p>
