Stanford Invitational XC Race Sept 29

Stanford was a good test for Guelph. Teamwise they were 5th, and their great rookie Lindsay Carson was second overall. She is an incredible talent who will probably win this race next year, and Guelph with their list of fine rookies (4 of their top 7 finishers are rookies) will have a shot at a team win in a year or two. Jen was 99th of 241 runners and 9th of 10 on her team, with a 23:07 for the 6k course. Not bad for someone who was injured for most of the summer.<br><br>
Next big test is Penn State in two weeks.
