Hi, I didn't see a thread for today, and wanted to make sure that Ray's race report had it's very own thread.<br><br>
3 hours on the treadmill.<br><br>
This was a "gear check" and a "time on my feet" check for pacing merigayle in Umstead.<br><br>
All is well. No chafing on any garments. Carried the handheld the whole time. Everything I needed was stashed in my RaceReady capris.<br><br>
I used Clif Shot Blocks at appropriate intervals, and amazingly had ZERO tummy problems. <img alt="icon_cheers.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_cheers.gif"><br><br>
Now I am tired and hungry.
