Darn right about the weather Runninlaw.

Pretty solid week for me- adding up to 72 miles. Sunday was my last long run before my Feb marathon, and overall it went well. I felt incredible for the first 22 miles- one of those days where you just feel like you can go forever...well, I couldn't and the last mile plus was a bit rough. I'm pretty sure that was just a function of skipping lunch before I headed out, and only taking 40 oz. of water and nothing else on the run. My legs felt fine Monday, so I'm assuming that my refueling/gorging plan worked fine.

Pretty excited about my running as I've stepped up the pace about .5 mph for most of my runs, and my legs are still feeling solid. Hope everyone else is having training success and nice weather.
